Our manufacturing client initiated a major upgrade to infrastructure (LAN, telephony, video) to improve network performance, standardize configurations, and replace antiquated equipment.
Our engineering consultants developed the project, created cut-over and roll-back plans, designed and deployed switch configurations, and implemented the new system alongside the client’s full-time engineers. As part of the conversion, our engineers also tested and deployed the new equipment and assisted with technical support.
Two of the consultants were hired full-time and a third consultant was extended from the original six-month contract to a full year. The project went live on time and within budget much to the satisfaction of the client.
