MidDel Consulting sponsored the Texas Alliance of Energy Producers Annual BBQ Cook-Off at the Houston Rodeo. Delicious food, great networking, and lots of fun was had! The BBQ cooking team, Brisket Cases, is dedicated to the community by providing scholarship funds through the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo and they have been able to provide over $250,000 toward the HLSR’s scholarship fund.
