At MidDel, we’re really great at teamwork.  That is why we’re so particular about who we hire.  Each and every person that joins the team has to be “MidDel Material”.  That means that our employees are resourceful, creative, willing to go the extra mile to hit deadlines.  Not to mention the fact that on average, our team members have more than 17 years’ experience.
